Welcoming and Collaborating
Our company is deeply committed to a social responsibility approach, acting on multiple fronts to support social inclusion and contribute to education.
INTERNSHIPS:
We regularly welcome interns, offering young people and individuals undergoing career transitions the opportunity to discover industrial professions and gain valuable experience.
EDUCATIONAL EVENTS:
We also actively participate in educational initiatives to introduce young people to careers in industry, including:
- Career forums in various schools,
- Job fairs,
- Company visits for school groups,
- Sensory company visits for visually impaired students,
- Support for various school projects.
COLLABORATION WITH ESAT CENTERS:
We also collaborate with ESATs (French sheltered work centers for people with disabilities) by subcontracting part of our operations. This enables individuals with disabilities to actively participate in professional projects.
As an example, in 2024, we subcontracted 13,885 hours of production to ESATs for activities such as packaging, assembly, and sorting operations.
