MANTION’s Commitments

Gender Equality

MANTION promotes gender equality within the company by ensuring equal opportunities for all in recruitment, compensation, career development, and working conditions.

Since September 1, 2019, companies in France with more than 50 employees are required to publish an index based on 4 to 5 indicators to measure their efforts in achieving gender pay equality.

The 2025 index score is calculated based on data from the 2024 calendar year.
The various indicators measure pay gaps between women and men, differences in individual raises and promotions, raises following maternity leave and gender distribution among the 10 highest-paid employees.

MANTION’s 2025 Index Score (for 2024 data): 35/45
At MANTION, ensuring fair and equal treatment between women and men is a fundamental value.
